The path climbs up to the high hills of Astarac, crosses the wood of Aguin and is embellished with wild orchids.
In Simorre, in the south-east of the Gers, this hiking trail will take you to discover the surrounding countryside, the fortified church and the Musée Paysan d'Émile.

Details of the PR labelled route:
From the starting point to the Foirail car park:
- take the path that runs along the gully facing south and then a wider path to arrive on a road that you take on the right.
- cross the D12, continue straight on 250m turn right (for 2km) a path that goes up towards the farm «en Saubet» at the crossroads take right.
- turn right on the dirt road that goes down to the Lauze, cross the ford, cut the D283 and continue opposite. Cross the wood of Aguin for 1,5km.
- at the stone road turn right to the farm «Béros», go along a deer park to end on a paved road, fork a little to the right to lead to the D129. Take it left on 200m, turn right on a communal road, 300m after in a bend, turn left on a path until a crossroads.
- turn right, before the house take a right onto the dirt road that descends between two hedges. Turn right on the D283 then immediately left to cross the bridge over the Lauze.
- turn left on the path that runs along the river 500m, then go up to the right.
- at the farm «Verdier» take the path to the left, pass in front of «la Plagne», continue on the road that descends towards the D12 and take it to the right for 100m.
- turn left on a path, continue straight for 1km, cross the center of the village to find your starting point.
Motor vehicles are not allowed. The route is suitable for hikers, equestrians, mountain bikes and electric bicycles.
