The description of the trail is on sale at the tourist office Coteaux Arrats Gimone (Gimont and Siéchapper).
1. Turn right at the second street behind the church and turn left on the path of the Fountain (camin de la Hount) which goes down. Follow the paved path to the left (fountain and arboretum) for 1 km. Take the road on the right for 600 m and cross a bridge.
2. Turn left to reach Martinous. Go along the right, take in front the path through fields (panorama of the Pyrenees) for 3 km further and come out on the road.
> By the road on the right, possibility to discover the village of Saint-Antonin, located at 500 m.
3. Take the road on the left for 700 m.
4. Follow the white path on the left for 2 km, then take the road on the right to join Saint-Sauvy.
Motor vehicles are prohibited. The route is suitable for hikers, equestrians, mountain bikes and electric bicycles.
