This trail runs through the valley of the river La Gimone and progresses on the hills of the Astarac offering a view of the Pyrenees.

The description of the trail is for sale at the tourist office Coteaux Arrats Gimone (Gimont and Simorre).

The PR3 marking is to be followed.

1. Take the path along the stream and continue straight ahead. At the fork of the variant, take the cobbled road that climbs to the right for 400m.

> Variant: 10 km circuit: turn left and follow the signs.

2. Turn right on the trail going down. Follow it for 1km. At Calvary, turn right onto the D238 for about 350m. Take the dirt road to the left that goes up the hill and join the D538 passing in front of the work of Land'Art*.

3. Take the dirt road that descends on the left of the road for 500m and take to the right the path that goes up in the wood until the D538.

4. Turn left on the road. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead and after 50 m, turn left and take the dirt road for 500 m. Take the path to the right that leads into the woods. Go around the farm of Soulan and take in front of the path that follows the crest line then goes down to the D19.

5. At the tarmac road, turn left for 100m. In the bend, take the path down to the right. Cross the stream and then turn left on the grassy strip. At the cement bridge, cross it and continue right on the grassy strip until D234.

6. Turn right onto the road for 140m and take the dirt road up the hill to the left. Continue until the tarmac road, take it for 400m to the fork with two dirt roads.

7. Take the path that goes down to the left of the road in front of you. Continue until you reach the paved road and follow it left downhill. At the second turn, while the road continues to the right take the dirt road for 900m. Turn right on the road that is 200 m long.

8. Turn left into the path that leads back to the stadium and then to Simorre.

Motor vehicles are not allowed. The route is suitable for hikers, horse riders, mountain bikes and electric bicycles.
