Starting from Gimont, this walking tour takes you outside the village to discover the natural and historical heritage. Marked with explanatory markers, it immerses you in the heart of hilly landscapes and stories of the past.
Description of the circuit
Starting from the Capuchin esplanade (shaded area, playground for children, picnic tables).
Go down from the esplanade towards rue de la Tuilerie. Turn left on the street of the old gendarmerie.

Continue rue de l'ancienne gendarmerie, direction Sud, route de Montiron.

Take the path to the abbey

Continue on the trail along the Gimone, heading north.

Located at the intersection of Pont au Lait
Take the road to the left, cross the two bridges and take the path on your right.
Continue until you reach the first lake.

Located on the edge of the small lake
Go under the bridge to the second lake.
Go around it on the right and along.
Arrive at the end of the lake, do not go around it but take the path that runs along the old rugby field and the Gimone.
Get to the road.
