Departing from the Saramon Leisure Base
1/ Take the direction of Saramon. Go right near the lake and go around it.
2/ Halfway up the lake, cross the Gimone on a left-hand bridge. Turn left and follow the Gimone. Continue straight ahead at the small lock then left and follow the river again.
3/ Take the path to the right, cross the road, continue in front of it and go up the path. Take the road to the right in the direction of Ponsarnot (panoramic view). Continue on the trail for 1km
4/ At the grove, turn right to the farm. Cross it and go down the cobbled path. Take the road on the left for 300m then, in the turn, continue on the cobbled path that becomes a dirt road. Cross the bridge.
5/ Follow the path to the left and arrive at the village of St Elix. In front of the town hall, take the road on the right. At the monument to the dead, turn right then before the church take a right and go down the path for 500m.
6/ In the valley, turn right towards a barn and continue along the path. Take the road left for 300m, pass the bridge and in the bend enter the wood of Larrouy. The circuit turns right twice (follow the signs) and comes out of the wood. Take the road to the left and find the lake.
