The Jean Brasse brewery is organising a beer-making workshop on Saturday 26 April from 8.45am to 1pm.
Choose your own recipe from a wide selection of malts, hops and organic spices. Blonde, Brune, Rousse... and more! Alexis, a brewer by trade, will share his passion and know-how with you, so you can brew 15 to 18 litres of quality beer. You can sharpen your senses with a tasting session. The brewery will take care of fermentation, ageing and bottling (75cl bottles and cartons supplied). You can also personalise your own labels. You'll get your beer back a month later.
