The Jean Brasse brewery is holding a beer-making workshop on Saturday 31 May from 8.45am to 1pm.
You can choose your recipe to suit your taste, thanks to a wide choice of organic malts, hops and spices. Blonde, Brune, Rousse... and more!
Alexis, a brewer by trade, will share his passion and know-how with you, so you can brew 15 to 18 litres of quality beer. You can sharpen your senses with a tasting session. The brewery will take care of fermentation, ageing and bottling (75cl bottles and cartons provided). You can also personalise your own labels. You'll get your beer back a month later.
