The traditional fête de la Saint Victor returns to Saramon from Friday 16 to Tuesday 20 May with its famous magret fair.
On the programme:
- Friday 16 May: concert by the Philharmonic Society in the village hall at 9pm.
- Saturday 17 May: fishing competition at 9am, pétanque competition at 2pm, fusiliers procession at 6pm, duck heart/sausage barbecue with the Astarac Banda in the village square at 7.30pm, torchlight procession at 9pm, evening entertainment by DJ MDS Animation at 9.30pm, rock concert at the Mat'Bar with Bleck at 10pm, don't forget to bring your cutlery for the meals.
- Sunday 18 May: Fusiliers procession at 10.15am, mussels and chips at Mat'Bar at 12pm, Fusiliers procession at 4.30pm, in the evening: mussels or burger and chips at Mat'Bar.
- Monday 19 May: Belote competition at 2pm and 8pm and bowling competition at 3pm.
- Tuesday 20 May: 47th magret fair, ticket sales for the meal at 11am, meal in the village square at 12pm, concert by the Antchouki duo from 12pm to 4pm, magret-eating world championship at 4.30pm, concert by Little Big Yan from 5pm to 8pm, ticket sales for the meal at 6pm, meal in the village square at 7pm, party with DJ MDS Animation from 9.30pm to 2am. Don't forget to bring your cutlery for the meals.
