From 17 to 19 October, the Entre Gers et Ciel centre is hosting a comprehensive yoga course led by Dr Debiprasad Pramanik from Swayoga.
The programme for this course includes learning integral yoga, an Ayurvedic cooking workshop and Ayurvedic massage.
Dr Debiprasad Pramanik has been practising yoga for over 25 years and spent much of his youth in an ashram. His teaching style is very profound and gentle.
