Entre Gers et Ciel invites you to join them on Saturday, 25 October to learn how to cook with raw ingredients.
On the programme:
- A first workshop on lacto-fermentation will take place from 10:00 to 12:30 (all equipment provided).
- A second workshop will take place from 14:00 to 17:00. Preparation of raw desserts and plant-based milks, lactose-free, sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan.
A raw food meal will be served at 12:30pm.
Price: €48 for one workshop, €90 for both, and €20 for the meal.
