The 3CAG cinema invites you to a screening of David Boaretto's film ‘April en France’ on Sunday 9 November at 4pm. The film was shot in the Landes, Gers and Pyrenees regions.
We follow April, a 5-year-old girl who is unhappy about moving to France. She moves from Paris to Labastide d'Armagnac, where her great-grandfather used to live. There, she becomes convinced that he is only sleeping in the cemetery and will come back to her. While waiting for him, she meets her old friends. With them, she opens up to the world, discovers her inner self and, in turn, transforms the adults around her forever.
After the screening, there will be a Q&A session with the director to answer questions from the audience. This will be followed by complimentary refreshments.
