The collective Le Commun des Mortels, specialized in promoting popular photography, organizes various workshops on the theme of photography.
These courses are offered year-round, by appointment.
The participant group is composed of 2 to 5 people depending on the courses.
Several workshops are offered around photography by Le Commun des Mortels:
- Argentic laboratory/ Black & White: Discover the magic of the argentic laboratory: see the image of your photo appear in the baths under the inactinic red lights and leave with a paper print. Rate: 3h / 80 euros
- Cyanotype: Plant print, photo, stencil, radio,... everything made image. Apart from chemistry, the practice does not require any equipment and can be continued at your place very easily. The internship allows you to discover all the stages of completion.. Rate: 2h30 / 50 euros
- Manual coloring of photos: Watercolors, inks, pencils,... everything is good to give color to black and white photos. Rate: 2h30 / 50 euros
- Pinhole camera: The Pinhole camera is a "camera obscura" equipped with an image capture device. This practical and artistic workshop allows you to make a pinhole yourself, take photos, and develop them. Price: 2h30/60 euros
- Take photos that look like you. What is a good photo? : Sharpen your gaze, try new framing, get out of your habits as part of a photographic ballad in Siéchapper. Rate: 3h /60 euros
- The photo in all its states!: A workshop to give yourself to your heart’s content! Colorization, cutting, drawing, collage, folding, pop-up,... all the 'techniques' to experiment, transform and leave with their images. Price: 2h30 / 50 euros
