Esther’s voice - nourished by her universe of painting and theater - meets Richard’s guitar, from classical music, tinged with jazz and tango.

Let yourself be transported. Esther & Richard is a duo born from an encounter during a dance internship. One comes from the classical guitar, the other from theater, painting and scenic creation. They gathered around ancient songs, transmitted from voice to voice: traditional Italian songs, Argentine tangos and French songs. Their music is entirely acoustic, thought for intimate places. A return to simple forms, to presence, to attentive listening, to what is shared without detours.
Multidisciplinary artist, Esther reconnects here with her Italian roots. Her voice is direct, expressive, full of narrative: it gives substance to the words and lets them resonate. She plays with the tones and accents, depending on the story that the song carries.
Richard plays with the desire to support the voice and let the music breathe. The density of chords and the delicacy of arpeggios accompany Esther with a beautiful complicity.
It will also be possible to dine on site before the concert from 7:30 PM.
