On Saturday, February 21, the Bouche à Oreille of Simorre offers you a concert by Etenesh Wassie Quartet at 9:15 PM.
This Saturday, February 21, we invite you to a concert that is so captivating.
Double bass, acoustic bass, drums... and a song: that of Etenesh Wassié. A powerful, wild voice that casts witchcraft incantations. We hear a rare and touching accord of tenderness and rage, rooted in African culture and free as a punk provocation. This quartet distills a dazzling, singular, harsh and generous emotion. Dark flashes of the night of time shine through it...
You will be able to dine from 7:30 PM.
Remember to book on the bao.fr.
Meal at 8 PM: the Bouche à Oreille finances its programming largely thanks to the profits of its bar-restaurant. So remember to book: https://ib.guestonline.fr/ins.../bookings/6227/yr3faXipsY...

The story uniting the great Etenesh Wassié to the musicians of Freddy Morezon is long. This new opus, Arada, is as much the culmination of a work begun on stage since 2018 as a trio, as it is a fresh start with drummer Fabien Duscombs. The warmth of the double bass and the depth of the acoustic bass marry the deep voice timbre of Etenesh and the drums bring groove, contrast. The clearer and rhythmic music becomes bright, playful and joyful.
A Freddy Morezon partnership
Also tell you that Le Bouche à Oreille is a cooperative of collective interest that schedules every week and all year, concerts, exhibitions, meetings... This open access programming for the public is 100% self-funded, by our bar-restaurant activity and through a collective participation that you can join. It’s called the Amacca and we explain all that here: https://lebao.fr/amacca/
