On Saturday, February 14 and Sunday, 15 at noon, the Hournère invites you to a special menu to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
On the menu:
- cupid cocktail accompanied by its appetizers
- starter: duck breast tataki and slice of foie gras or pan-fried foie gras with caramelized apples and glass of sweet white wine
- dish: duck breast steak, griottes sauce or fillet of sea bream with white butter, crushed potatoes with summer truffle accompanied by its red wine Côte de Gascogne
- dessert: chocolate fondant or dame blanche
