On the menu for €45 per person (excluding wines): champagne cocktail and its appetizers, starters: salmon tataki with sesame seeds and soy honey or semi-cooked foie gras, fig chutney with Penja pepper, dishes: snacked St Jacques nuts langoustine juice and saffron risotto or chicken ballotine farmer’s potato gratin with porcini mushrooms, lovers' desserts: dark chocolate delight, mango, passion fruit or trompe-l'oeil lemon, mint heart, candied zests, white chocolate yuzu mousse.
