Discreet and yet present, "Mmmmh ...!" questions the impact of our diet on the environment and vice versa. The name of the installation echoes with the summer context : it accompanies us all summer to the sound of "Mmmmh!" gastronomic and musical delights.

Coline Vergez is a multidisciplinary Franco-Belgian artist. She has been working for fifteen years as scenographer and costume designer for the theater in France, Belgium and Switzerland. In parallel, she develops a personal universe as well around the photo, the illustration, the textile as on sculptures of open air or Land'Art. His work on space always seeks to involve his audience. She likes to play on the scales and the angles of view, to reveal what is not obvious. Its aesthetic is described as simple and stylized without being devoid of humor.
