On this family-run farm, this 164m² single-story house offers the perfect setting for a relaxing countryside holiday. Enjoy the secluded 36m² covered terrace overlooking your 500m² landscaped garden and the estate's 2-hectare park (featuring cedars, umbrella pines, and more) with its private, semi-inground swimming pool (4x6m - 1.38m deep) secured by a fence (opening in June).
In the small adjoining shop, those with a taste for Gers gastronomy will find a delightful selection of homemade preserves.
The accommodation features a large kitchen/dining room with a large bay window opening onto a fully renovated covered wooden terrace, a small room with a fireplace and two armchairs, a laundry room, a 22 m² living room, four bedrooms (two of which are over 20 m², with two queen beds, one double bed, and four single beds), a shower room/WC (5 m²), a bathroom (6 m²), and a separate WC. Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and a dog already lives on the property.
