Breeding of Black Pork from Bigorre PDO, tasting and direct sale of products: meats and cured.
Couple installed since 2009, we raise outdoors 200 black pigs of Bigorre spread over 25 ha of meadows and valleys and oak forests in the south of Gers (geographical area of AOP Noir de Bigorre).
We then ensure the sale at the farm and by shipment: fresh meat, Grand Cru hams, sausage, chorizo, ventrèche, pâté, black pudding etc.
The exceptional real ham product is today recognized among the best European hams, minimum aging from 24 months up to 36 months..
