Le Bouche à Oreille restaurant is organizing a concert evening with the group Petit Bureau.
Petit Bureau, it’s a bit like the Young Marble Giants from Toulouse that would have been rocked by The Ex and Deerhoof.
Their music -an experimental, rebellious and punk pop, jerky but swaying- gives shivers and a furious desire to transform its soles into trampolines!
A bass, a drum kit, sometimes some samples, three cheap keyboard notes and always their two voices harmonized on the razor’s edge. They respectively explored improvised music, lyrical singing, jazz, Occitan music, fanfare, polyphony...
From this eclecticism arises their taste for minimal but particular music, without partition or label, which does not seek to «resemble», which experiments freely to seek its own expression. The lyrics of their pieces (in English and sometimes in French) play with the absurd and repetition, 19th century poems, cinematographic images, snapshots, and are always at the service of their music.
It will also be possible to dine on site before the concert from 7:30 PM.
It is strongly recommended to book online for the meal.
